David C. Radecke, CDMS,VE
David C. Radecke, CDMS, President and Founder of Peak Performance of Cambridge, Ltd., is a graduate of the George Washington University Forensic Rehabilitation Counseling Program and a Certified Disability Management Specialist. Mr. Radecke’s undergraduate work was with the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. Mr. Radecke has over 25 years experience in Vocational Rehabilitation, has been an industry leader in the field of Disability Management and is a Vocational Expert for the Social Security Administration, Office of Disability Adjudication and Review. His career includes fourteen years with the Ohio Bureau of Worker’s Compensation as a case manager, then project leader and department head. He served as an advisory member to the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation task force supporting the Governor’s initiative to Appalachia and received contributory acknowledgement in the most comprehensive work to date in the field of Disability Management, Principles & Practices of Disability Management in Industry (CRC Press, 1995). Mr. Radecke is experienced in Ohio, California, Colorado, Kentucky, Florida, West Virginia, and Virginia Worker’s Compensation systems.
David C. Radecke’s work has been published in the Rural Development News, an economic development newsletter, November 91, Vol. 15, No. 5, which reported on a rural manufacturing concern that realized a “50% reduction in Lost Time Injuries” through a Disability Management Project he implemented. This project also received acknowledgement as the first transitional work program in Ohio (Donald E. Shrey, PhD, 1995). Larry Wolfe is the Director of West Virginia Operations and a Job Placement and Development Specialist with Peak Performance of Cambridge Ltd. Mr. Wolfe attended Glenville State College; West Virginia University at Parkersburg and recently completed the George Washington University seminar on re-employment. Larry started his career in 1981 with the Human Resource Development Foundation, a private, non-profit organization in West Virginia working with the economically disadvantaged, assisting them with skill development through training to secure employment. Mr. Wolfe wore many hats during his tenor with HRDF including; Service Placement Specialist / TAA Specialist; Early Return to Work Coordinator, Job Developer and OJT Coordinator, writing OJT Contracts with employers in a nine county area of WV and OH. Mr. Wolfe has been approved to work with individuals with disabilities thru the WV Department of Rehabilitation Services (DRS). He also volunteers his services to veterans seeking employment and/or training directed toward employment. Larry severed on the Board of Workforce WV Region 4 for seven years.
Stacie J. Mahaffey, M.Ed, LSW, FAPA
Stacie Mahaffey has over 30 years of professional practice in education, counseling, intervention, and behavior management. With a Bachelor’s degree in Family Relations and Human Development from The Ohio State University, and Master’s degree in Education from Ashland University, Stacie has combined services and assistance in a complimentary manner of teaching, guiding, motivating, and encouraging students and clients in obtaining goals, and improving their self-management of career, employment, transition, and adjustment strategies. As Director of the Student Success Center and Disabilities Office at Zane State College, Stacie developed expertise in assessment, evaluation, test administration, and strategic planning.
She is a Licensed Social Worker and Fellow of the American Psychological Association, and provides professional counseling services and coaching for individual’s personal and career development. An energetic and enthusiastic consultant, Stacie currently works in a variety of roles, assisting injured workers with Peak Performance, and assisting with program and event development with Northpointe Fitness Institute, including work with Veterans, Seniors, and general clientele with health, wellness, and fitness goals.
Randall W. Morgan, MBA, CBA

Randall received his Masters Degree in International Business, MBA, from Salem International University. He earned his Bachelor’s degree with honors, from Park University- Magna Cum Laude, is a graduate of The Ohio State University, and acquired his CBA from Capital University.
A serial entrepreneur, award winning business consultant, and angel/real estate investor, Randall has successfully started, acquired, and exited companies in several sectors. His strong background in strategic and business planning has attributed to the success of many businesses by bringing their “Ideas to Deals” and securing loans through traditional banking, SBA, Venture Capital and Private equity.
He has been instrumental in the growth and retention of small business/economic development throughout Ohio in his role as a Senior Business Consultant and Certified Business Analyst for the Association of Small Business Development Centers and the Founder-Principle Consultant of Innovative Capital Solutions, Ltd.
